4 to 7 years of hands on video editing experience A strong, diverse portfolio or showreel is mandatory Proven experience editing brand films, campaigns, nightlife, or event based content Deep understanding of social media first video storytelling Ability to lead edits end to end with minimal supervision Comfortable working in high pressure, fast turnaround agency environments
0 to 2 years of hands on video editing experience A strong editing portfolio or showreel is mandatory Clear understanding of short form content and social media driven edits Experience editing reels, nightlife videos, brand content, or event videos preferred Ability to work in a fast paced agency environment with quick turnarounds
0 to 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles Basic hands on exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms Strong interest in data driven marketing and campaign optimisation Relevant internships or certifications in digital marketing preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 4 to 6 years of hands on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Proven track record of driving leads, conversions, and revenue through performance marketing Strong experience working with agency clients across multiple industries Experience with hospitality, nightlife, e commerce, or lifestyle brands preferred
0 to 2 years of experience in content, social media, or account coordination roles Strong interest in brand storytelling, social media, and digital marketing Basic understanding of agency workflows and client servicing A writing portfolio or examples of social media content preferred
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment Strong understanding of social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling Experience working with hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 0 to 2 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or brand team Strong interest in branding, social media, and visual storytelling A basic portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and creative thinking
